Pooja Jain is a Chartered Accountant with diverse experience across audit, direct and indirect taxation, gained during her articleship period. Her strong foundation in accounting and taxation has equipped her with a deep understanding of finance, controls, and regulatory compliance.
Pooja began her professional journey with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. as a Derivatives Analyst, where she worked extensively on derivative products analyzing complex financial instruments and collaborating with back-office and risk teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance monitoring.
Driven by a passion for financial analysis and strategic valuation, Pooja transitioned into the valuation and advisory domain. At Valuesphere Consulting, she delivers insightful and precise valuation analyses, leveraging her expertise in business valuation, financial modelling, and regulatory compliance under Ind AS, IFRS, and FEMA. By combining analytical rigour with a strategic mindset, she consistently provides well-founded, value-driven financial insights that strengthen decision-making and business strategy.
In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and practicing yoga.
